Customer Review Summary
Chicken is the draw reviewers return to most, with one regular praising its tenderness and another enjoying a chicken jalfrezi delivered promptly with papadum and mango chutney. Close behind are a lamb saag with big chunks of meat and a balanced but very mild sauce, and tandoori wings, both called lovely. Several describe friendly staff and delicious food. The complaints are specific. Naan draws the most criticism: keema naan like mush, garlic naan called inedible, and others undercooked. One diner found the chicken dry, another got burnt meat and old poppadoms, and a tikka masala and pilau rice left one takeaway customer disappointed. A passanda was described as both bland and spicy when it was meant to be sweet. One Saturday group arrived at 6:30 and waited until 9pm for food, and another reviewer thought portions small for the cost. One customer says a refund promised after a complaint had not arrived two weeks later, and the man on the phone had no recollection of it.

“I order from here quite often and have been to eat in on a few occasions and every single time it's hands down the best Indian in Boro. The taste is unreal and the tenderness of the chicken is unmatched every time I eat there. When I go to eat in there always super nice and helpful. All around great service from delivery to dining. A**”

“Old poppadoms were served. Naans were undercooked. Burnt meat. Viewers, please see the photo and tell me the name of the dish. The Winner should get a voucher from the restaurant!”

“Extremely disappointing Tikka Masala curry, pilau rice and inedible garlic nan. Had heard good reports, so the disappointment was tough to take. I ordered and picked up, staff were very friendly which was the only positive. Meal was awful, I would of been better off buying a ready meal curry from Spar. Perhaps it was an off day, but I won't get the chance to find out. The Tikka Masala and garlic nan was that bad, ill never return.”

“We arrived 6:30 on Saturday and didn’t receive food until 9pm due to a number of large parties and deliveries. Food was ok, not brilliant (chicken was dry). We won’t return anytime soon, very very disappointing.”
