  “Absolutely disgusted with the usual attitude you get from these places. They take your money and don't care that you didn't get what you ordered. When I phoned the next day was told there was nothing they could do and then denied I had ordered from them (even though I have proof from Just Eat). Problem was no extra toppings paid for was on the two pizzas - I suggested they just sent me the extra toppings and was happy to put on myself but they couldn't be bothered. No idea of customer service but these to things will keep happening because enough people still order from there to keep them in business.”

  “Very Disappointed. First few visits size of portions was alright. But each next visit size of chicken kebab start to be lower and lower. Pizzas as well very poor topped. Shame, because you lost customer which I left with you in average 70 quid each time.”

  “Ordered a bacon lovers pizza which had no real bacon and what they put on was small, see through fake bacon. Guessing these guys use halal so no pork is used here. Won't use these again. Prima pizza is the best in town.”

  “Late Friday night. We had two takeaway pizzas and a portion of chips last night, we had a bacon lovers that was very nice, needed more bacon flavour, but was very good and the tomatoes were lovely and fresh, lots of cheese and good flavours, We also had a Queen's flamer with the chilli base 😍, this was hot, damn hot, the chef, I take my hat off to you when you gave me the nod on collection, oh yes this was tasty, hot but blooming good, all the chicken was actually chicken and you could taste the food not just heat!! Thank you guys!!”

  “Awful service, got the order wrong and was over charged, not the first time either being charged incorrectly, got home opened my meal (burger meal) only had a couple of chips. Just awful service won't be going there again. Previously, pizzas haven't been great, once all could taste on the pizza was garlic”

  “A slice of home. I absolutely love their pizza, it reminds me of the ones I had religiously growing up. I’m writing my review following trying their delivery. For £15, I bagged two medium pizzas with chips and all of which came piping hot and freshly baked. Upon arrival, the driver called me to indicate he was outside and before coming out he insisted I be careful because it was raining and dark. Small sentiments like that are usually missed but I thought I’d note it because it’s small acts of kindness like that which show people in service going above and beyond for their customers. To say I’m satisfied would not cover the full extent, I’m very grateful and happy with my dining experience. We will be back!”

  “Oh my... where do i start. Pizza was worse than a £1 tesco budget one.. cold, no taste, thin and no sauce. Fries in my opinion had been reheated as were like rubber and just horrid. Checken strips reminded me of eating a chicken ball from the Chinese takeaway but eating it cold the next day, horrible batter and chewy. Burger was...ok but just ok. Daughter said kebab was just ok too. But getting back to the pizza, this place should be ashamed of its self as the pizzas were the worst ive ever tasted and actually gave 1 of the 2 too the dog !”

  “Absolute rip off. Paid £8.90 for a large chicken kebab, when it got here it was tiny, hardly any chicken in it, I called to complain about it and they wasn't interested, said that's the size of them sir then went on about how much chicken costs at the mo. Order from somewhere else in town”

  “Ordered tonight and was amazed at how they can mess up a simple Donna Meat Kebab. It tasted absolutely awful and it's not cheap either. Both the Kebab and chips tasted bland and rubbery, it literally tasted as if they had been done the night before. Apart from the disappointment of the meal it came at a decent time? BUT!! It does make you wonder why they come earlier than the actual time which is stated for it to arrive at. Unfortunately I will not recommend this place to anybody unless changes are made especially the prices for other foods. QueensPizza used to be amazing for takeaway food but lately its been really poor which is unfortunate really. Hope it can make some good changes in future and bring back the passion it once had for its food.”

  “One very disappointed pregnant lady... Absolutely starving and the drink came in the same bag as the chips so is now in the fridge because it was warm! Pizza tasted like it was made last week and has just been reheated. Chips also taste like they've been reheated numerous times. Pizza also drowning in the tomato sauce! Which is disgusting!! Will stick to what I know from now on... This place is awful!!! Needs shutting down. Never ever again💁”
