“Shocking service from Pizza Box in Mansfield. We live on the same road and they still managed to mess the delivery up. I had a call from the driver who didn’t know where he was going, which is embarrassing given how close we are. It would have been quicker to walk and get it myself. We had guests over and ended up waiting around for no reason. This is basic stuff and they got it wrong. After I rang to chase it, the food suddenly turned up within five minutes, which says everything. By that point I’d had enough and refused it. £25 down and no dinner. Won’t be using them again”
