“Ordered on line no food arrived rang them to ask why they said they rang me and and a lady said we were collecting (no lady here and no missed call) said I would get my food in 20 minutes (it took 35 after waiting and originally 40 minutes) while on the phone they asked me well who did I speak too? How would I know. Food came it was lukewarm at best (thinking it was the original food)also said when I complained that the manager would ring not heard anything very very very poor service all round”

“Such a shame writing this review as usually food is excellent. But tonight it was utterly inedible! Salt Peper chicken and ribs was that hard that I didn't even give it to my dogs as posed a choking hazard! I like spice but around 10 chopped green finger chilli's that weren't even cooked thrown in just doesn't make for pleasant eating. I'm afraid you've lost a regular customer in me tonight. Food felt like refried leftovers, but I'm guessing refried leftovers would have been ettwr than what we were served .”
