  “Absolutely amazing service from Eve for our Bottomless Brunch, there were quite a few of us so we expected a slight delay but the drinks just kept on flowing. A slight delay with the Saxophone player but Eve made up for it in so many more ways. Highly recommend and if you have her serving you, you will have the best time!”

  “I recently revisited an establishment with which I believed I was quite familiar. I am currently on a three-month work assignment in the area. I decided to dine there, as I had previously visited at least three times and ordered the brisket tacos and chicken skewers. On this occasion, the server inquired about allergies, and I confirmed that I do have a shellfish allergy. She then presented me with a tablet for ordering. Although I was aware of my desired order, I reviewed the menu on the tablet. I reiterated that I wished to order the tacos, as I had done on previous visits, and had already communicated this to her twice. Feeling somewhat exasperated after a demanding workday, I decided to leave. Effective service necessitates attentive listening. Consequently, I will be taking my business elsewhere. This account reflects my experience, and I wish to emphasize that I maintained a polite and clear demeanor throughout the interaction. I had previously considered hosting a gathering at this establishment before the conclusion of my assignment.”

  “We had booked a bottomless brunch at All Bar One Manchester as a large group, and unfortunately the venue experienced an unexpected water outage, meaning our visit had to end earlier than planned. This was completely outside of the team’s control. Despite the situation, Eve, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to look after us, keeping everyone informed, remaining calm and professional, and doing everything she could to make the best of a difficult situation. Her customer service was exceptional and really turned what could have been a very disappointing experience into one where we felt genuinely valued. Problems can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that makes the difference, and Eve and her team handled it brilliantly. We’ll definitely be back and would like to thank Eve and the staff for all their hard work and outstanding service.”

  “All Bar One in Manchester city centre Overall, I have had wonderful experiences; the atmosphere is great, the environment is lovely for groups meeting up, and the music and service are excellent. I particularly want to highlight the fantastic interior design in your venues, such as the large clock hanging from the ceiling and the industrial scaffolding-pole look on the staircase. Additionally, the cleanliness of the pubs and the toilets is very noticeable and much appreciated, though I did note that I didn't see a staff checklist in the facilities on my last visit. I also wanted to pass along two constructive points. First, regarding the Manchester centre location, the music selection and volume could be slightly improved to better suit the environment. Second, it might be helpful to provide clearer guidance for guests regarding the local parking situation. While there is paid street parking available, it can be quite easy for visitors to inadvertently receive a ticket or risk having their vehicle towed if they choose the wrong spot. Thank you for maintaining such great venues and providing excellent service. I look forward to my next visit.”

  “Gem of a find after a busy day in Manchester. Lovely restaurant, seems really cosy and special. Fabulous staff, especially the lovely Alicia, very welcoming and chatty. Knowledgeable and very helpful with gluten free selections. We called in around 5:30pm on a Sunday before our journey home, food was hot and delicious. I had a Halo bowl with chicken and king prawns (gf), I believe that my daughter chose Crispy Chicken Miso burger which she said was delicious. Will definitely revisit”
