  “Barburrito in Manchester serves hands-down one of the best burrito bowls in town. The ingredients are always fresh, and the flavors are spot-on. I got the burrito bowl with cilantro-lime rice, black beans, grilled chicken, fresh pico, and a scoop of their delicious guac. The portions are super generous, the staff works quickly even when it's busy, and the spicy salsa actually packs a great kick. Perfect spot for a fresh, quick, and filling meal. Highly recommend!”

  “Absolutely amazing! The burrito was incredibly delicious – fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned, and a really generous portion. On top of that, the staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. Highly recommend!”

  “Been today with my 1 year old. It was very relaxing, easy to order and clean. I was served by Anna and she also made a little rice bowl for my son. Would defo recommend if you’re solo parenting and need something quick to eat!”

  “I came with my friend, served by 2 lovely girls didnt catch their names but they were working 7:30pm 3rd June. Their customer service and product presentation was amazing by them. However i have to give it a 3 star as the guy i assume to be the manager (beared white guy with the hat) seemed to be in an awful mood or just thinks that what normal service looks like. Not once did he smile and the way he spoke to the staff just seemed condescending. His attitude just made the whole situation feel awkward. Anyway hope to see the lovely girls again!”

  “I think Barburrito might be my new obsession. The food is so good, service is great too! Was served by someone named Mahnoor, who was really friendly and suggested I get my now new favourite meal! 10/10 would reccommend. Excited to try again”

  “We were served by two lovely ladies Anna and Adriana, the service was excellent, they were so kind, loved their energy! Food was so delicious and they checked on us if we had allergies and everything. Food was delicious, will definitely be back! Thank you Anna and Adriana ❤️❤️❤️”

  “I had such a fantastic experience at Bar Burrito in the Arndale Centre, and a huge part of that was down to the incredible staff—especially Cai and the store manager, Anna. Cai was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic, he made the whole ordering experience feel effortless and enjoyable. He took the time to make sure everything was just right, and kept a positive energy that really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes so much pride in their work and customer service. Anna, the store manager, is clearly doing an amazing job leading the team. The store was well-organised, clean, and had such a positive atmosphere. You can tell that her leadership sets the tone—everything runs smoothly, and the staff seem happy and motivated. She was also incredibly approachable and professional, making sure customers felt valued and taken care of. Together, they made what could have been a quick meal into a genuinely memorable experience. Outstanding service like this is hard to find, and it definitely keeps me coming back. Massive thanks to Cai and Anna—you’re both a credit to the team!”

  “Meeting Hayden made me swear off 10 years of Barburrito. We were refused service when I arrived with my sister who presented a Burrito Buddy voucher to the man in checkered shirt. He asked if had the voucher as well, which is not required, and that he wouldn't process it without one. He saw that I had a birthday voucher so he said I should use that instead, before proceeding to ask me for my ID like he was some bouncer at a club. He kicked us out the queue so that he could serve the customers behind us, and even after showing him the terms and conditions, he said it was his policy and he didn't care what was on his company website. He had an awful attitude and speaking to him was like the lights were on but no one's home. We decided to go to Bunsik instead, and seen another Barburrito branch that if my sister didn't insist on giving another chance, I would not have went. Check on Barburitto Piccadilly for the other review. Whether I ever return to Barburrito depends on management - just waiting on the response I sent directly.”
