  “Biskits was an amazing experience from start to finish. The interior décor was absolutely stunning, with beautiful lighting and floral arrangements that created a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to explaining the menu and helping us decide what to order. I went for the Philly Cheese Grilled Sandwich and added a fried buttermilk chicken breast inside. That combination was absolutely magnificent! The sandwich was packed with flavour, and as someone who loves mushrooms, the mushroom gravy served alongside it was spectacular and really took the meal to another level. My friends ordered one of the sharing platters (I'm not sure which one), but it looked fantastic and incredibly generous as well. I'd absolutely recommend Biskits to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a beautiful place to eat. I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu!”

  “Yummy food steak was brilliantly done. Staff was absolutely friendly. We visited from Scotland and was trying to find a good place for our dinner never disappointed... Staff even offered us free dessert but we never accepted. Food portion size is big too you won't stay hungry 😋”

  “Beautiful place to eat service was fantastic. Sometimes you see great reviews and think they are fake but honestly great vibes great food. Went for my birthday meal with work and everyone enjoyed their food. Even the annoyingly picky one in the group. Definitely recommend the steak mushroom garlic sauce was lovely. Also the karak chai is a hidden banger here.”

  “We’ve visited Biskits on Wilmslow Road several times with family, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently amazing, with generous portions, great presentation, and plenty of choice whether you're after brunch, burgers, desserts, or something sweet. The atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly, and the staff are always helpful and attentive. What keeps us coming back is the consistency — every visit has been excellent. The waffles, pancakes, breakfasts, and milkshakes are particularly impressive, and everything tastes fresh and well-prepared. Highly recommended for families and groups alike. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

  “The food here was absolutely amazing. It didn’t take too long even though it was busy and the servers always checked up on us. Sayem was very kind to us and a 10/10 server, he was very polite. The restaurant theme was beautiful and very clean. Will definitely go here again in the future and recommend to friends.”

  “Biskits is honestly one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Manchester and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment you walk through the door, the vibe hits you the décor is stunning, the atmosphere is warm and buzzing, and you immediately feel like you’re somewhere special. But the real star of the show? Saim. The tall brother with the beard is an absolute legend. His customer service is on another level genuinely exceptional from start to finish. He’s attentive without being overbearing, welcoming from the second you walk in, and carries that rare quality of making every single customer feel like a VIP. You can tell he takes real pride in what he does, and it shows in every interaction. Saim, bro, you deserve all the credit in the world you are the definition of what great hospitality looks like. The food is incredible too — generous portions, beautiful presentation, and flavours that hit every time.   “I love Biskits, we always come for family birthdays and any occasions. The food is always perfect. I loved the grilled cheese. All staff are always welcoming and friendly. We usually have sully who is very funny and makes sure everything is going well. Zara served us today and she was excellent. She always checked up on us and gave what we asked for. She was so friendly and easy to approach about everything. She was also very funny and did everything quickly. Thank you Zara, you made today’s experience 100/10. If I knew everyone’s name, I would add it. Thank you so much, we enjoy it everytime.”

  “We went to Biskits and it was a refreshing experience. Firstly, they had a prayer room, seconding the flat white wasn’t bitter whatsoever it had a nice , smooth flavour the coffee was made with thought and care. The Karak chai also was made with care and thoughtfulness as it was so smooth and satisfying. The meal in itself wasn’t huge but the sauces and dips made up for flavour and filled us up. I particularly like the zatar, olive oil, the hummus, date jam and the soft cheese which all were a refreshing change from mayonnaise and ketchup. The pancakes seem to have shrunk in size in comparison to my previous visit but they were enough to satisfy my sweet tooth. The waitress, lady who served us showed care when serving us . There is a prayer room enough for two people to pray. Thank you for a delicious and calming experience.”

  “Came on a Saturday morning and ordered a full English and eggs French toast. Server was very slow to even bring us a menu which really ought to be at the table already. Had to prompt the server for a menu as they had seemed to simply carry on with dealing with others. Once ordered the food came in reasonable time. The full English was honestly an insult to a full English, the bread was stale, the sausages were embarrassing in size and the rashers were tough, burnt and cold. I appreciate that with the sausages the restaurant may simply say that these are the ones that they use although if you are charging for a full English, then serve a full English. Once again the server had to be prompted as they had brought two dishes and one drink and forgot the other. The eggs with French toast were actually really good and they should be credited for this. The rashers served with this however were the same quality as the ones with the full English. The atmosphere overall was good. This restaurant could easily be excellent in my own opinion. The menu needs revising and the staff, who were probably just trying their best, simply need to be trained better by management. Finally, a lesser point, for a restaurant of this kind, you are usually asked to pay your bill after the meal whereas here you are asked to pay when ordering. Whilst I appreciate the dangers of those who “dine-and-ditch”, being asked to pay before you eat is usually a bad omen to me and usually indicates problems with the quality of the food.”
