Rubbed in our own blend of spices, smoked for 2 hours over hickory wood and flame grilled to finish. Don't worry about the pink tint – it's the smoke ring. (Gf) (1 thigh, 2 thighs)

Slow-smoked for 6 hours over hickory wood. Tender, juicy, and full of flavour. (Gf) (1/2 rack, full rack)
