Customer Review Summary
Breakfast is the main draw, with reviewers praising a four item bap of sausage, egg, black pudding and bacon, hot breakfasts, brunch and coffee. Close behind is roast pork with stuffing, chips, gravy and apple sauce, which one reviewer says staff wrapped in foil to stay hot on the journey home. Others single out the ice cream milkshakes and a foot long sub made half and half with two sauces. Staff are repeatedly called friendly, cheerful and obliging, and one deaf customer says they communicated easily. Free parking and a wide menu also come up. The caveats are mixed. One reviewer describes a cold, stale BLT baguette, a rude exchange over the menu, and being charged more than the listed price for two. Others note the seating is outdoors, so cold days call for a coat, and one jokes about cutting a sausage with a wooden knife. Several still say they plan to return.

“I had the 4 items bap with sausage egg black pudding and bacon. Definitely the best bap I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few 🤣) all of the meat inside was great quality. Definitely will order again!”

“I don’t even know how to start this off, but the lady that served me was just completely rude. I arrived 15 minutes early from the opening time, but I didn’t mind just waiting outside because there was already a group of other people waiting. When I approached, she told me 20 minutes, I said that’s fine. I just wanted to look at the menu.. This clearly annoyed her so she said we’re also on Facebook. I don’t have Facebook. Not everyone has Facebook or social media. Just let me know at the menu in house- otherwise why run a restaurant. She clearly didn’t expect me to wait 20 minutes five minutes goes by and she calls the other group in to make there order, And she goes red because she didn’t think I was gonna wait. I ordered after they ordered. I’m waited 20 minuscule on top of ordering for the worst BLT i have had. The baguette is one of those baguettes you have to check in the oven before serving it was cold and stale and she just crumbling. I would highly highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs what an absolute letdown! Not to mention it says £4 and why was I charged £10 for two B.L.T”

“So I've been BUSTING to get to this place for about 2 years! 😂 and admittedly my review is a week late so forgive me! 😂 Didn't disappoint at all, me and the lady ordered a foot long but wanted different sauces so the lovely lady serving did us a half and half, really cheap in my opinion for how good it is, great choice of food and sauces, awesome customer service - nice chatty and even ran to my car to bring me my smokes I'd forgot 😂 can't wait to get back there and just eat everything else on the menu!”

“It’s very nice place to go after the school day. Although I don’t go often, I always used to (at the end of school days) and the food is always amazing. 🤩 it’s outdoors, so don’t go on cold days unless you have a coat.”
