  “Would like to comment on the food but never got round to ordering any, as the person answering the phone was so rude I cancelled my order. Never have I been spoken to with such a disgraceful nasty aggressive attitude for simply trying to order a Chinese takeaway. The owners really need to educate their staff on customer service. I will never return to this establishment.”

  “This is & will always be our go to Chinese. The food is outstanding, Always piping hot. The portions are huge & last me a couple of days. There chilli chips are the best we have ever tasted. The staff have great banter, Always a 5 star from us”

  “Visited today for my first time, don't usually leave reviews unless its necessary (good or bad) waited ages for my order even though I had just ordered 1 dish. I ordered a chicken chow mein, when I opened the cheap cardboard box (not plastic like most Chinese provide there dishes in) it was not chow mein, I had thin noodles which is vermicelli noodles, chow mein is supposed to be thick noodles, it had all kinds of veg inside it, and looked nothing like what I had ordered. Tasted horrible, chow mein is supposed to be cooked in soy sauce and contain just onions like i pacificly asked for. Won't be going back here again”

  “Best Chinese in town. Food is always nice and hot. Everything tastes amazing. The always give you large portions. We never had a bad meal from rice N noodle. Always 5 star service. Give it a try you won't be disappointed I can guarantee it.”

  “The best Chinese takeaway in the Saint Annes and Lytham area. I know we stick to the same options ever time but they are cooked well and are very tasty. The service is knowledgeable and friendly and your always informed of a wait. Its cash only which isn't an issue as there's a machine next door ag the co op. Give it a go you long be disappointed, we'll be back soon for sure.”

  “Ordered from rice and noodle for the first time last night ,the takeaway was highly recommended, you did not dissapoint!. Great customer service and delicious food which tasted and looked so fresh. good portion sizes too and i loved the chinese boxs the rice and noddles were served in aswell. Safe to say we have found our new go to chinese and im so happy. Best chinese around . 5*”

  “As with others the female server was very rude towards me because I didn't have enough money, the prices have gone up so our usual order was more. I didn't know what she'd said about me until we got home and my wife explained what had happened. She also put us at the back of the queue even though I'd paid the majority. People who ordered after us got their food before we did. Safe to say they have lost a customer.”
