The barber was in a rush but no other customers was waiting so I can’t see the reason why he should bang my head with the combs in a hurry and unable to make a straight and neat contour line all around . I been in the industry for 18 years and I know how hard this job is ,but some people need to understand the customers trust is fragile and if they carry on doing this, they’ll loosing money for sure. Don’t even mention the hygiene .. nothing been sanitised between clients …”

“Went in the other day and haircut was terrible. It was cut far too short, wonky and patchy. Sadly I won't be using here again. I don't know the guys name who did it. Asked for no1 back and sides.....went nearly to the top of my crown!!!! Length left at front so looks silly. Not at all what I asked for, but sadly too late at that point. Dissapointing”
