Customer Review Summary
Smoked meats draw the most praise, especially the sharing platters and a three meat platter with ribs and hot links, described as generous and served with two sides, bread, BBQ gravy and pickles. Several call the slow cooked meats delicious, and staff are repeatedly described as friendly. Brisket splits opinion. One reviewer found it short on flavour, another liked the brisket and fried chicken sharing main but wished for more than three slices to divide between two, and a third arrived to find none available. Soggy fries or chips appear in more than one review, alongside Korean-style chicken described as soaked in butter and chicken from the festival trailer called really bad, where one reviewer says their order was skipped. Others mention food served on tinfoil that tears and leaks juices onto a plastic tray, a slippery floor from powdery residue, and a limited selection with no steaks or chops. One reviewer who recommends the sharing platters left with a doggy box.

“I tried to find this restaurant, walking up and down the road. Showed up on Google maps at the middleof the shops. I asked the staff at Coupe, the chicken restaurant. Found out they are the same. The chicken shop sells the BBQ as well. I should have read their menu. Was not obvious from the shop sign and name. We had the 3 meat platter that comes with 2 sides, bread and BBQ gravy(?) and pickles. Generous with the ribs and hot links.”

“The service was excellent. The floor was somewhat slippery due to powder like materials. The fries appeared to be soggy. The Korean-style chicken was soaked in butter, but the results were not satisfactory. The BBQ was good. The price was slightly high.”

“Staff were amazing, food delicious. Pic is a two meats (beef brisket & fried chicken) sharing main, perhaps a little bit more meat would of been great, hard to divide three slices of beef between two but taste was amazing”

“Second time to visit here and it's every bit as good as the last. The slow cooked meats are all amazing! Try them all if you can. Good selection of craft beers and they do cocktails. Only negative I would have was the time it took to order and get our food and drinks but that's understandable, they had a small crew and were very busy. They are super friendly and helpful all the same!”
