  “Whenever I go to Woody Grill I always receive a warm welcome and great food. I used to come here mainly for the grilled chicken or lamb but the stews which can be seen on the right as you walk in, are delicious and comforting. This is the kind of place that embodies a good meal out without white tablecloths or breaking the bank. An excellent choice if you want a good meal out with a couple of friends. You are also welcomed with complimentary bread and dips when you dine in.”

  “I have been visiting this restaurant for the past three years, and the food and service have always been amazing. However, today's visit was particularly memorable thanks to Serina. She provided exceptional customer service with incredible patience, professionalism, and a genuinely warm attitude. Her friendly personality and attention to detail made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her positive energy was truly appreciated. Serina is a tremendous asset to the restaurant, and her outstanding service is one of the reasons I will continue to return. Thank you for another wonderful experience!”

  “I used to be a regular at this local spot because it was convenient and reasonably priced. The food is decent—average quality, nothing extraordinary, but reliable. The interior and seating are definitely lacking in comfort, but the friendly atmosphere and the complimentary tea with Turkish baklava used to make up for it. Unfortunately, things have changed for the worse. Recently, they’ve replaced the baklava with these small, brown dessert balls that don't compare. But the real issue is the service, especially from a newer staff member. On one occasion, we were completely ignored for tea, and when I asked, he reluctantly had someone else serve us. What really bothered me is their attitude when the place is even slightly busy (around 50% capacity). Even if no one is waiting for a table, the staff uses dismissive body language to make you feel unwelcome, as if they are ignoring you just to pressure you to leave sooner. When I mentioned that I’m a loyal customer who visits weekly, I was met with mockery; the waiter dismissively told me that since he doesn't like sweets, it shouldn't matter what they serve with the tea. It’s a shame to see a neighborhood spot treat their regulars with such disrespect. I won’t be going back. Summary: Fine for a one-time quick bite if you don't mind average food and mediocre seating, but definitely not a place where loyalty is valued.”
