Quick info
About BrewDog Paddington
BrewDog Paddington is a beer hall on West End Quay in London, pouring craft beer and offering a dedicated Desk Dog area for guests who want to get some work done. The large pub has a separate dining area with plenty of seating, so it suits a sit-down meal as well as a drink. The menu is built around burgers, salads and chicken wings, and the burgers come with a beef patty and bacon. The Buffalo wings have a crispy battered coating, and cauliflower wings give a non-meat option. Korean loaded fries and plain chips round out the sides. The business takes card payment only.

Customer Review Summary
Burgers draw the most praise, with reviewers describing a juicy beef patty, really crispy bacon and a deal generous enough to order four between two people, though one noted they arrived looking stabbed through the heart. Wings come close behind, with buffalo wings called generous and crispy, and one reviewer enjoying their kick alongside the beer. Imperial stouts and a juicy IPA get a mention, and the canalside location and terrace are valued as an escape from the busy road. The main criticism is food that falls short for some: a bland protein power salad, small fries, and chicken on the Korean loaded fries that tasted less good than the wings. Another reviewer found chicken pieces that didn't seem fresh. A few felt the beer selection was thin for a brewery, and one waited several minutes at the bar while three staff were around. Service otherwise draws friendly remarks, including a server who accommodated a group without a booking for Wings Wednesday and a payment problem that was quickly resolved.

“Went for a drink on a week day as I was in holiday. There were at least 3 staff around but I waited at the bar for several minutes before the one staff member who looked to be doing admin at a table nearby got up to serve me instead of the one behind the bar or the other nearby. There didn't appear to be many beer options despite being a brewery franchise. I've been to one in Australia that had a huge selection. They only accept card payment.”

“Had a great time at BrewDog Paddington! Really nice atmosphere, good drinks, and a fun vibe throughout the evening. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Definitely a great spot for drinks and a relaxed night out. Would happily come back!”

“Huge pub based in one of the most beautiful areas in London. Food was ok, nothing to write home about, chicken pieces didn't feel particularly fresh and found some hard fragments too. Good amount of crisp, lots of sauces, sour, almost acidic flavours. Decent chips, very crunchy. Portions are big and you won't leva hungry. Plenty f seats, they even have dedicated area for dinning and big terrace from which you can have a look over canal. I think boom for this brand is over, specially after recent scandals with the owner. I'm surprised they are even around, so good for them and all employees considering how hard is to run hospitality business in UK. Service was good, there was an issue when it came to paying but was quickly resolved. Brewdog was my main to go place for years but I don't drink booze anymore and I believe magic is gone too. I would still recommend it because you can escape busy main road and continue your walk next to canal.”

“We had some issues making a reservation for Wings Wednesday, but our server Ketan really turned the experience around. Even though we didn’t book in advance, he went out of his way to accommodate us and made sure we were taken care of. Friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the evening. Great customer service and much appreciated!”

“Didn't order food, can't rate. They have decent beers on tap and some goodies to go too.”

“Seconds away from the station of the same name, our Paddington bar is the perfect location for freshly-poured craft beer, legendary burgers and wings, or even a spot of work thanks to a dedicated Desk Dog area. Lying midway between two of London’s greatest parks (Regent’s and Hyde Park), BrewDog Paddington sports an area to relax and kick back itself. When the sun shines, enjoy a beer or burger (or both) on our amazing terrace, overlooking Paddington Basin.”
