  “I had a terrible experience at this barber shop. I went in for a clean, professional haircut for a very important meeting, but they completely ruined my hair. It looked rushed, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for. The barber was extremely rude and didn’t speak English well enough to understand even basic instructions. When I calmly tried to explain what went wrong, he became aggressive — like he actually wanted to fight me. Totally unprofessional. I was so embarrassed, I had to rush to another barber shop just to get it fixed before my meeting. Very disappointed and honestly shocked by how badly I was treated. Avoid this place at all costs.”
