“Lovely evening. Good mocktail, good food and the portions are generous. If you are getting the bread for the starter, definitely a sharer and not 1 each - it is not for the faint hearted but unbelievably good. There is a lot to choose from on the menu so I did take my time and it was nice to not be rushed out the restaurant.”

“I visited on 1st May 2026 and really enjoyed my experience. I was away for work and popped in to check if there was a table for the evening whilst on my way back to my hotel and Joe booked me in. On my return, Joe gave me a warm welcome and was a fantastic host throughout, which was lovely as I was solo dining. The service was good, the venue (I sat downstairs) was nice and the food and drinks were delicious. I had the Walk in the Woods veggie pizza, chilli broccoli, a cherry and cranberry mocktail and an Ormestar Martini - all very tasty! I would recommend and thanks to Joe for the hospitality 😊”
