  “We had a really fantastic meal at this wonderful little place. The food was fantastic - with a really good selection for vegetarians, I had a selection of veggie nigiri and hosomaki and all of it was so fresh and tasty with the wasabi in particular having a really good kick. Others in our party had some of the donburi, tempura sashimi and temaki and they also all agreed theirs were all fantastic too, with the donburi in particular being a very good serving size. The desserts we had were also all excellent. The food aside, the staff were all so helpful with making selections from the menu, everything was brought with a smile and a very warm welcome. They even offered cutlery for those in our party a little less experienced with chopsticks! The atmosphere was great, really intimate and cosy given the compact nature of the restaurant. And I especially loved the choice of city pop which was playing gently in the background! Overall a fantastic experience with no downsides whatsoever and a new favourite spot whenever I find myself in the city. Thanks for a great time and hope to return very soon!”

  “We had an enjoyable meal overall and the food was fresh, well-presented and full of flavour. The server Kris was friendly and welcoming. The menu is quite extensive in terms of sushi choices which was great. The only downside was that service was a little slower than expected at times, though we appreciate it is a small restaurant with only one server, and a couple of dishes weren't quite as hot as we'd have liked. That said, we appreciated the atmosphere and quality of the food - particularly the salmon hosomaki which was really delicious. Prices are very reasonable too and we enjoyed the complimentary Japanese sweets at the end.”

  “Amazing food even when ordered a takeaways. The only downside is the rice will stick to the baking paper but that doesn’t bother me. Food is absolutely amazing , worth every pence”

  “Ordered online before trying in restaurant, was luckily enough to get the heart chef to serve me when we went out for a friend's birthday, amazing vegan and Gluten free options and very happy to adapt dishes to allergies, highly recommend omakase, tastes great and looks even better !”

  “I’ve been a regular customer here for a long time and always enjoy coming back. 🍣 The sushi is consistently delicious and the vegetarian options are especially appreciated. It’s great to have such a good choice of tasty vegetarian dishes. Highly recommend!”
