  “My son’s always struggled with getting his hair cut due to not liking the feel of hair on his skin - The guys have been absolutely incredible with him and always make sure he’s comfortable, keeping the hair off him with the hair dryer. They’re always polite and remember exactly how he has it when we turn up. He loves going there”

  “Have used a few times and the service has been good. Used today for a haircut and found out when I got home my neck had been cut twice with the razor.The stylist didn't have the courtesy to inform me of this at the time and still had the audacity to charge full price.Needless to say I won't be returning.”

  “Absolutely horrible experience with them…messed up my hair. The guy was busy chatting on his phone had absolutely no clue what he was doing…never going there again…very unprofessional and rude staff behaviour. At the end when I expressed my concern about the haircut gone terribly no courtesy to say sorry or be apologetic, infact they went ahead to say it’s okay if you don’t come back to the shop again…wow. Wana give them a zero rating. And never coming back.”

  “Great Turkish Barbers in Letchworth town centre. You get a very nice Turkish Coffee, or English if you prefer, haircut, hot towel, arm and shoulders massage for £11. Can't go wrong with that. Decent staff and the place is always tidy. Come out feeling really refreshed.”

  “Excellent quality hair cut from Warren. Knows exactly what he is doing. His attention to detail paramount. Scrupulously clean and careful, with our present circumstances we all find ourselves in. Have had my hair cut in the past, by very good barbers - this guy is amongst them. Well done Smart Gents will be using you again, the next time I need an haircut.”

  “Asked for a #1 fade with an inch off the top, was done in under 10 minutes and looked awful. No fade at all, missed hairs on sides and not scissor cut properly. Worst haircut i have ever had, will be going to a different barbers in 2-3 days and beg them to fix it”

  “Never visited a Turkish Barbers before and was very impressed. Great value for money and very friendly staff! Edit: I've been back a few times and had a different hairdresser. He didn't talk much, couldn't really understand what I was asking. Couldn't see how bad it is in the mirror until some has taken a picture. Done me dirty. Unless you want a naughty "fade" like this I would go elsewhere.”
