  “It's a good chippy they have good size fish and a good selection on the menu. They have a restaurant bit where you can sit and get table service. It is a rather expensive place. But they do offer gluten free options for people like myself who need it which is good although they dont advertise it on the menu until you ask.”

  “We had a wiggin kebab here (our first time trying one) and it was delicious! Get the peas and the salt and vinegar. Super friendly and kind staff too.”

  “Best chippy ever. We usually order for collection but decided to eat in today for a change. The staff were so lovely and amazing with our little girls. The food is amazing, service is incredible. Fantastic selection of gluten free food and it was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back soon. Thanks so much.”

  “We recently moved to the area and decided to give Green Lane Chippy a try for takeout. As someone who is gluten-free, I was impressed by their attentiveness, even during a busy time. They quickly took my order and went through the menu with me, ensuring I felt comfortable with my choices. We enjoyed fish, chips, peas, and gravy, and it was honestly one of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had! Since then, we’ve dined in two more times, and each experience has been first-class with amazing food. This place is definitely worth a visit, especially for those who are gluten-free. Highly recommend!”

  “Was on my lunch break and stumbled across Green Lane chippy. Decided to eat in the restaurant and managed to get a table without booking which was good because it was a busy afternoon. I received good customer service. Once I was seated I was able to order from my table. There was a good selection of choice on the menu. I ordered Jacket potatoes with Tuna Mayo & Sweetcorn and served with a crispy salad garnish, coleslaw, home-made crisps. It was a good size portion, the salad was fresh and loved the hot home-made crisp they were delicious. The gave the meal an extra touch. I was really happy with my menu choice. The food was good value for money, good table lay out, clean and tidy to a high standard and the service from the staff was great. I would highly recommend as a lovely place to eat in with a friendly atmosphere.”
