  “Absolutely brilliant experience at Pizza Express! Great atmosphere lovely food and fantastic service throughout. A huge special thank you to Maryame who looked after us perfectly. She was so warm friendly and attentive and gave amazing menu recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble even when it got busy and her lovely positive energy made our whole visit so much better. You guys havs such a wonderful member of staffs and a real credit to this location. Will definitely be coming back thank you so much!”

  “Alex and Julia were my groups waiters and they were absolutely great. We were quickly offered a seat and got immediate service. The food was great and everywhere was clean. Lovely to place to go.”

  “The food here was genuinely excellent and the chef deserves full credit for that. Unfortunately, the service and overall experience fell far below expectations. When making our booking, we were asked if we were celebrating a special occasion, and I explained that it was my partner’s birthday. Despite this, there was absolutely no acknowledgement from the staff. What made it worse was seeing another table next to us have their birthday recognised and celebrated, which left us wondering why we had been overlooked. We were also dining with our baby and, throughout the evening, felt as though we were treated differently from other guests. We received very little attention, were not offered the same discounts or level of service as others around us, and generally felt judged rather than welcomed. As parents, we understand that dining out with a baby can require a little more patience and understanding, but instead we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, the difference in treatment was noticeable and disappointing. The food was the only redeeming part of the evening. If you have young children or are planning to celebrate a special occasion, I would seriously reconsider booking here, as our experience suggested that not all customers are treated equally. Sadly, despite the quality of the food, we will not be returning.”

  “Took advantage of the warm weather and sat outside. Had a great pizza, perfectly cooked. Service was absolutely top notch. It was my daughter's birthday meal and both staff members went out of their way. We'd taken a cake and candle in, and they were so lovely in putting it on a plate, adding the candle and lighting it to then bring it over. Really enjoyed the meal.”

  “This was the worst pizza I’ve received from here. I order regularly, but today’s pizza was very disappointing and had almost no flavour. The base was extremely thin, and it wasn’t even cut into slices. Overall, a very poor experience compared to my previous orders.”

  “We had a fantastic day for our daughter Birthday Party, the kids made their own pizzas, played and kneeded dough! Ate their own cooked pizzas and ice cream! What an amazing party! The staff were so helpful so kind! Nothing was too much, parents were well taken care of too, we will definitely be booking another party there!! Thank you to every single staff member and management your service today was 10/10. We love coming as a family, but today the party was seriously epic!!”

  “Just fantastic - food was perfectly fine, but what made the experience absolutely amazing, was the team - good humoured, attentive, friendly, kind and fantastic upsellers. We turned up without a booking and they immediately sat us down (table of 4) and settled us in - they kindly charged my phone as it was dying and i needed it to pay, just one example of many where the team went above and beyond. Well worth the visit and well worth the money.”

  “I had such a fantastic experience at Pizza Express! From the moment I walked in, Teigan and Mada made me feel so welcome. Their service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly – nothing was too much trouble, and they always had a smile. The food was just as impressive – Andy and Julius clearly know their craft in the kitchen! Every dish was perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. You can really tell they take pride in what they do. It’s not often you find a team that works so seamlessly together, but this group made the whole evening special. Thank you, Teigan, Mada, Andy, and Julius – you turned a simple dinner into a wonderful experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!”
