  “Peri Flames is one of our local go-to spots and has become a firm favourite for pizza in our family. The food is always excellent, and they regularly offer great deals that provide fantastic value for money. One of our absolute favourites is the Kebab Crust Pizza – it's absolutely stunning and a must-try if you're visiting for the first time. We've eaten here countless times over the years, and the quality of both the food and service has remained consistent with every single visit. The staff are always friendly and polite, even when the place is extremely busy.”

  “Don’t make the mistake of ordering from here. The best thing about this place is you never have to order again. Dishonest and fraudulent 1) Two 9” pizzas do not cost the same so you always pay the higher price. 2) Chicken wings that are small as the little chilli tubs you get (see photos) and they clearly weren’t cooked recently. 3) Told me to get the bigger qty as it works out cheaper. Thanks Albert Einstein. Utter rip off. 4) gave me a Pepsi can without asking what I wanted probably because it gives him the biggest profit margin 5) Skimps on topping and wouldn’t even give us half margarita because of course why make a customer happy. 6) No card but happy to take my money and make me bank transfer under the reference “Tissue box”. Did tell me they have a website but also very quick to say as expected it’s more expected. Pay your taxes.”

  “Cant get the order right and said £23 on the phone however per collection said 26 as its cash only took £25 cash out expecting the price to stay 23. Got 6 strips rather than wings. Strips were dry and the wrap was difficult to chew Cheap meat and no gloves when working. Worker infront of me pickedout 2 chips from the tray to eat himself with his bare hands. Poor hygiene. Bad service and even worse food.”

  “Ordered 2x rice box and 2x chips which should be £16 so I had exact change, they tried charging me £17.50 and said 75p processing charge for each order! RIP off and food taste sh1t, they have lost my custom”

  “Dis-honest..went to take away mix chicken stripes and wings meal. It should have 3 pieces of each but gave stripes instead of 3. When I opened the box at home, I saw chips spread on the wings and stripes. When I finished chips and a few wings, I was surprised to see only 2 stripes instead of 3. I can't do anything but give my honest review for the dis-honest restaurant. Also, the chips quantity was less.”

  “Always get the order wrong even if you ask them tk double check. Asked for burger everytime without cheese, and everytime it comes with cheese. Or condiments I ask not to put. Used be great few years back. Now it's just too expensive and quality went down the drain. Rubbish 👎 Asked for veggie burger with mayo and lettuce only. As you can see in the picture below, has ketchup, onions, jalapenos, cheese, tomato and cucumber. Very rude staff. No manners on how to communicate with customers. Upon exiting the store one of the staff started to call me names 😡 MANAGMENT NEEDS TO BE AWARE!”

  “I’ve lived in Leicester for over 3 years and this is one of the worst shops to go to. Every time I go to the shop they always get my order wrong. You can see in the picture below I asked for a grilled peri peri chicken but I received something that I didn’t even as for, clearly you can see it’s not even grilled properly thus leading me to write this review, not only that the taste is not appeasing at all. If you asked my opinion, I would not recommend this shop to anyone at all.”

  “Tried this place via Deliveroo through its Charles Street branch. Food was fantastic. We went with the Supreme Burger and really enjoyed it. Decided to order a collection order via the Gipsy Lane branch on Sunday and the order was placed with no issues and paid online. On collection, i can say the place wins NO Awards for its Customer Service. Staff advised they had no shish kebab role and tried to call to advise. However, no call was attempted. From this it was to refund this which they declined and wanted to provide a voucher as order was "not" placed with them. In actual fact it was place on the companies Online Website. After a 10 minute battle the item was refunded. Food wise 9/10 Service 2/10 Great place shame such poor service levels and quality of staff or it would be a weekly stop. Unfortunately, i wont be visiting again as service is a key for me but will confess the burger was one of the best i have had in Leicester. Management - I hope your staff are better trained to help your scale and growth”
