About Trinity Leeds
Trinity Leeds is a shopping mall at 27 Albion St in Leeds, set between the train station and the main shopping streets of the city centre. A dome-shaped glass ceiling covers its open-plan, multi-level interior. The shops include Apple, Marks and Spencer, Urban Outfitters and Lego. Trinity Kitchen, the food hall on the upper level, gives street-food vendors a rotating place to trade alongside established restaurants such as Five Guys, Nando's and Slim Chickens. An Everyman cinema with three screens is on site for film showings. The centre also puts up seasonal decorations and holds occasional music events.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often come for the range of high-street shops, naming Marks and Spencer, Next, Apple, Lego and Holland and Barrett, and most describe the centre as clean and modern. Close behind are the glass roof and dome, praised for a bright feel and a view from inside, and Trinity Kitchen, a rotating selection of street-food vendors. The cinema and occasional music events also get a mention. The recurring complaint is crowding, with several describing busy weekends and peak times, and one reporting long escalator queues because there are too few. Wayfinding draws criticism too, with reviewers describing getting lost, walking in circles and finding unmarked side entrances off Albion Street. One reviewer calls the main concourse boiling in summer because of the glass ceiling, while another notes a cooler feel in winter, and a visitor just after Christmas suggests wearing warm clothes. Seasonal decorations are singled out as a highlight.

“Good variety of shops, lots of options for a variety of needs, and a fun place to go for a browse. However, it's much nicer to browse when it's a cooler month: the glass ceiling and open-plan layout makes it BOILING in here in summer, and although some shops have air conditioning, the main concourse is intolerable. It also becomes extremely busy in the more summery months, so can be more overwhelming and warm due to this”

“The shopping centre is modern, clean, and well laid out, with a wide range of popular high street brands all in one place. It is very convenient for shopping in the city centre, and everything is easy to navigate. Accessibility is good throughout the building, with lifts and step-free access, making it comfortable to get around. There are also plenty of food options, so it works well for both shopping and spending a relaxed afternoon. The only reason it is not a full 5 stars is that it can feel quite busy at peak times, and some areas lack a bit of uniqueness compared to other major UK shopping centres. Overall, a strong and reliable shopping destination in Leeds.”

“A huge and vibrant shopping centre conveniently located between the train station and the main shopping streets of Leeds. There's plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from in the place, as well as the Trinity Kitchen, which offers a variety of different foods from different places. The variety of shops here is great here too, with small ones like Holland And Barrett and Lego, and large ones like M&S and Next. The toilets here are clean and there's quite a few of them located around the shopping centre. This has to be one of the best shopping centres out of all the ones that I've seen whilst travelling, so I would definitely recommend shopping here if you're in Leeds for shopping”

“There’s a Tesla Cybertruck at Trinity Leeds right now. Looks absolutely insane in person — way bigger and more striking than expected.”

“A very nice and large open shopping mall. You will get a bunch of brands here and overall I have good experience visiting it. The place is clean and packed with people on the weekends, there are music events occasionally as well.”
