  “My partner and I as uni students used to LOVE Bakery 164 - we would go all the time. So when we saw it was available for food delivery, we knew we had to get it. However, it was a bit disappointing. My sandwich barely had any bacon in it - just a few slithers really (I got the Streaky Bacon & Halloumi). I also understand on Uber Eats it states that they don’t come toasted, however, that is where the food faltered. If Bakery 164 can find a way around toasting for delivery, the food wouldn’t be as disappointing as it was, as a lot of people don’t have the appliances at home to toast the same as the shop, which reduces the quality. Also, when we warmed them ourselves at home, the bread all crumbled apart as it was really thin, making it really tough to eat. We love Bakery 164, however, the food delivery aspect needs improvements.”

  “A must-go spot for uni students! The sandwiches and sweet treats are always fresh and really good quality, so it’s an easy go-to when you need something quick. Super convenient for a grab-and-go meal, and the coffee is solid too. If you ever get bored of sandwiches, definitely try their brownies, they’ve got different flavours and honestly, they’re all so good!”

  “These sandwiches offer such a good value for the money! They have a wide range of sandwiches with bacon, prosciutto, sausages, falafel, aubergines etc. My favorite being the ones with blue cheese, lucanica sausage and smoked salmon. The service is quick with lovely staff too!”

  “The barista made my day by drawing a cute smiley face😄 on the coffee as it was a draining day for me tbh and this was such a kind act. The sandwiches here have always been good and I don’t get the reviews saying they are rude, as my experience with them has never even once been a bad one. So yeah do try them out”

  “Very effective despite having loads of customers. If you're looking for the best sandwich in Leeds then this is the place for you. The wait time around lunch is 5-10mins roughly as it's so popular. I would recommend it as the quality is brilliant”

  “take away only sandwich shop The sell ciabatta (square) and focaccia (round) provide wide range of sandwich combination. Vegan food is provided. Price range: 3.8~5£ Toasted +30p Be reminded, this shop is very popular. Please spare 5-10mins if you want your sandwich toasted.”

  “Food was good, the sandwich was £4.50 but good quality. Had a coffee too which was good and they had a variety of sweet treats (cupcakes/cookies) bit pricey but tasty. They heated up sandwich on request which was nice too. Got the chicken and chorizo”

  “BEST SANDWICHES EVER IN THE WORLD. One of the best thing around Leeds Uni. Any, anything from them are just amazing. It is so fulfilling and tasty. Good selection with cheap price (considering the portion!!). You can easily be amazed and satisfied by their sandwiches. During the peak time there are so many students. If you go later in the day basically there is nothing left!! Fresh bakery every day! OMG I will love their sandwiches forever.”
