About Trinity Kitchen
Trinity Kitchen is a food court in Leeds, set in a shopping centre at 27 Albion St. Global street food stalls share the open-plan floor with rotating pop-up street food vans, so the mix of vendors changes over time. Most stalls offer vegan options, and some have gluten-free dishes. Chips are on the menu too, including salt and pepper chips with curry sauce and loaded fries. Tables fill the floor for eating on site, and the court is open daily.

Customer Review Summary
Diners return for the range of street food stalls and rotating vans, which reviewers say suits groups and kids, with vegan and gluten-free options at most stalls. Salt and pepper chips with curry sauce, loaded fries with onions, cheese and sausage, and plantain with a garlicky sauce draw praise. So do a grilled meat plate with charred pita, a fresh pizza served quickly, and a pistachio and kunafa crepe. The complaints concern the setting and one dish. One reviewer says the seating was moved around, comfy seats were removed, and the tables and chairs now resemble a school canteen. Another finds the music loud and the space very noisy. One diner reports a birria ramen with no broth under the noodles, dry meat that was mostly fat, and sticky plain noodles, though they found the staff lovely and the chips good. One family says the staff at a gluten-free van were aware of allergies and cross contamination, and their coeliac daughter called its bun one of the best she has had.

“What a fantastic find. I stopped by for a bite and was blown away by the quality of the food. The grilled meat served with fresh tomato and onion salad was absolutely delicious. Every part of the meal was packed with flavour, especially that perfectly charred pita bread. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. I will definitely be back to enjoy this spot again soon.”

“There are lots of food options here, including rotating street food vans. It's not very cheap, but the food is always good quality, and staff are always brilliant. The only reason it's not 5*s is because they've recently had a bit of a move around and taken away some of the comfy seating. Whilst I love the airy space of the place, the table and chairs are now very uncomfortable, and it is starting to resemble a school canteen. Can't fault the food though.”

“Was here recently for the first time in a while, enjoyed it very much. Had a pizza, the people who served me was friendly, and I got the pizza quickly. It was made fresh and it was very good. Only thing about this place is, it gets very noisy. There's quite a few speakers and the music being played is very loud.”

“I really enjoy the atmosphere in here - it's open plan and very sociable. There's lots of variety of food, and there are vegan options at most stalls, along with some gluten-free options. Lots of seating, and also air conditioned, which is very nice for summer. There's something for everyone in Trinity Kitchen so it's good for group meals.”
