  “My partner and I went for a lovely evening here, and it was amazing. The food was brilliant and I love the generosity of the portions!! We were served by Kath who was an absolutely fantastic, lovely, and friendly person. We ordered some brownies to take home (yet to eat, but look DELICIOUS) and Kath brought them straight out with tubs of ice cream to have on the side. Will definitely be returning!!”

  “Excellent service. The greeter took our drinks order very quickly and Kath looked after us from there. Kath provided friendly service with a smile and was very good with our 15 month old grandchild. Our party comprised a mixture of vegans and meat eaters, both of which were well catered for and the menu choices clearly explained. There was plenty of parking.”

  “Always come here for a carvery with the kids, gave 5 stars for service as Kath is a very lovely waitress and lovely with my children always makes me laugh and she always checks in about the food and caters to any of our needs.. atmosphere I gave 5 stars as it’s always busy but just a nice friendly atmosphere not to loud or not to quiet. I gave 4 stars for the food I do really enjoy the carvery but recently every time we go always end up with lots of fat on meat which if paying for a carvery you’d expect decent and enough meat. But overall happy will be going again for sure.”

  “Grandson's 10th birthday celebration. Had a lovely meal, carvery was excellent, really good choice of vegetables and constantly stocked. Service from our waitress Kath was so attentive. What a lovely friendly woman, made us feel we were the only diners at a time when the room was very busy. Thank you Kath, you made a special memory even more special.”

  “Billie our waitress was attentive and friendly, unlike the chef serving on the carvery. The portion of meat you get varies hugely depending on who is serving. The gammon was delicious, the beef average. Best roast potatoes I’ve had in a long time, other veg is generally a little overcooked but nice enough. The summer berry sundae was delicious! We are regulars and will come back.”

  “My friend Stephen loves a good roast and he enjoys travelling around the country trying out the Toby Carverys in various locations. This is the 25th he has been to and it did not disappoint. We arrived at 12pm and the selection of meat was fantastic and freshly done. The beef and pork was very good and all the trimmings were amazing. Highly recommended. Stephen said this has been his favourite so far.”
