Quick info
About Milan Pizza
In Kidderminster, Milan Pizza is a pizza takeout that also operates as an Indian takeaway. The business pairs two takeaway styles under one name, so pizza and Indian food sit together for anyone deciding what to order. Pizza is the format and Indian is the listed cuisine, which means a single stop covers both styles of takeaway. Both parts of the business are classed as takeout rather than sit-down dining. You will find Milan Pizza at 15 Comberton Hill.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise food arriving piping hot, with polite drivers and friendly staff, and a few call it the best pizza shop locally. Lateness is the recurring complaint: one found orders not yet started despite the app's stated wait, another says deliveries are sometimes late, and one went back to the shop after a long wait, and the driver was then cancelled.

“If I could give this place ZERO STARS, I absolutely would. The service we received was beyond ridiculous. We waited over an hour and a half for our food, which is completely unacceptable. After waiting that long, we actually had to go back to the shop ourselves to confront them about what was going on, and they did absolutely NOTHING to sort the situation out. To make matters even worse, they then cancelled our driver, leaving us completely let down after wasting all that time waiting for food that never arrived. The lack of communication, customer service and basic respect for paying customers is absolutely shocking. Nobody should have to chase up their own order after an hour and a half, only to be met with no solution whatsoever. Honestly, this place needs to seriously rethink how it operates because this is no way to treat customers. If I could give zero stars and see this restaurant shut down, I would be more than happy. An absolute joke from start to finish. Save your time, save your money, and order somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!”

“Ordered online. Went in after 10 minutes as stated on the app and they hadn't even started on the orders. Waited 15 minutes for the food.”

“Ordered food has usual, I've been using them for last year or so usually good food ,the odd problem but always sorted out ,but last week ordered food and my card was declined so I ordered again . Just to be on the safe side I called them and asked if I had ordered the same twice ,no the man said . 45min later 2 identical orders arrived called them and asked them for a refund and to collect the order that was declined, the man was very rude and told me to call the justice (what ever that means ) they took 2 payments out of my account even though I called to explain that the first had been declined.its a scam, payment was made to an account in the isle of man. Beware of the declined payment notification when you pay.”
