“Absolutely shocking customer service. Thai Garden have chosen to partner with Uber Eats, which is their business decision, but when our order failed to arrive they refused to take any responsibility. While they may not personally deliver the food, they are still the restaurant taking the order and the payment. Not only was there no offer of a refund or any attempt to resolve the issue, the person I spoke to at Thai Garden actually handed the phone to another customer in the restaurant instead of dealing with the problem. This is completely unacceptable behaviour from a business and shows a total lack of basic customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from here.”

“I really enjoyed my time here, and will go back again. Parking here was ok, as there is a car park opposite that can do about 30ish cars, but its open to all the public, so can get busy. I didn't see any parking restrictions, or payment, so I assume it is free. The outside of the building is unassuming, but inside is very nicely decorated and gives a good atmosphere. There was plenty of space to sit, and tables are far enough apart you will have privacy. The menu is very varied, with many dishes to pick from. The description of each dish could be a bit more detailed, as if you don't know what the dish consists of, you may have to Google it. Flavour wise, this place was top notch. I could taste the flavour of every ingredient and it felt fresh. The portions were exactly as expected for the price. Main dishes being about 12 and rice around 4. The toilets are towards the back of the restaurant, but mind your head as there is a low ceiling!”

“We thought we'd try a new takeout and I'm soooo glad we picked this one. We love Thai food and it's hard to find a good takeout. The food here was so fresh, tasted almost healthy, full of veggies and cashew nuts. Not greasy in the slightest. There were some great tofu options. Portions were huge and we both had leftovers the next day for lunch. The food was delivered in very reasonable time considering the distance to Kettering from Rothwell.”
