  “⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a lovely dining experience at this Thai restaurant. The shrimp creamy soup was absolutely delicious, with rich and well-balanced flavors. The white rice was also simple but very tasty. The beef dish was definitely the highlight of our meal — incredibly delicious, with perfectly balanced flavors and seasoning. We also tried the roasted duck. It was average compared to the other dishes, and unfortunately, it did not taste as fresh as we expected. The staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful, and the service was impressively fast. The restaurant was also very clean and well-maintained. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend trying the restaurant, especially the shrimp soup and beef dish.”

  “The food was lovely, I got a massman curry, some dumplings and egg fried rice. I did think the egg fried rice came with the curry but it was a seperate order, that was on me for not asking if it was an addition or came with the curry. The have two toilet areas in the back which are very spacious. The meals do costs a lot, but the food is good.”

  “Had a great meal at Bangkok 7 yesterday! The food overall was amazing and full of flavour. The moo ping was slightly on the dry side, but still tasty. Service was quick when it came to taking our order, though the food did take quite a while to arrive. That said, I’d 100% go back again — just hoping the kitchen can speed things up a bit next time”

  “One of the absolute best restaurants in the whole country!!!! You have to travel to come here no matter how far away you are, come and eat here!! 👌🏼 There was a great extensive menu and there was so many things to choose from, it was very hard to pick. Definitely definitely coming back. The Flavors and Tastes were outstanding”

  “Walking into Bangkok 7 Thai, you genuinely forget you're in Kendal for a second. The place is properly decorated, not your usual "Thai poster on the wall and call it a day" effort. It feels posh without being stuffy. We started with the Vegetable Tempura, and look, I'm not usually a veggie person. But this was good. Crispy batter, tasty, and the dipping sauce had way more punch than I expected. Cleaned the plate. The Phad Mee was my main — thick noodles, chicken, peppers, Thai basil. Juicy, well-sauced, none of that dry stir-fry nonsense. Good ratio of veg to noodles, decent portion. The carved vegetable garnishes looked incredible (we're talking a rose made from mooli), but let's be honest — no one's eating those. A bit of a waste, really. My mate had the Phad Thai, which came wrapped in a lacy egg net. I only had a bite, but it was solid. Lemon and crushed peanuts on the side added a nice kick. Dessert was the Sago Coconut — tapioca in pandan coconut milk with lychees and vanilla ice cream. Weird one if you've never had it, but it worked. Gooey, refreshing, and somehow felt lighter after all those noodles. Staff were friendly, nothing to write home about. Price-wise, it's just above mid-range, some may find it on the more expensive side, but the portions justify it.”

  “What a beautiful place. Everything was exquisite; the interior, the tables, the decorations and even the serving dishes and cutlery. The food was beautifully presented and almost a work of art. And it tasted wonderful. For a great culinary experience it is highly recommended!”

  “I’ve been to many restaurants, and it’s really hard to impress me — especially as someone who manages businesses and truly values quality. I’m usually very selective, and not a big fan of Asian cuisine, but this place was different. We were invited to a concert with friends at Bangkok 7, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and the overall vibe. The food was the real surprise — high quality, carefully selected ingredients, and beautifully presented. I even noticed they serve award-winning Sticky Toffee Pudding from Cartmel! For the first time ever, my kids loved the food so much we ordered the steak twice. Definitely a place we’ll be visiting regularly. Thank you for the great service and the passion you put into everything.”

  “Delicious Thai food with impeccable service. Don’t be fooled if the downstairs seating is empty, the upstairs is huge. Enjoyed the delicious set menu for two. There was so much food and it was really good quality. The service is incredible. Our drinks arrived within a minute of ordering and the starters soon afterwards.”
