“Honestly don’t like leaving bad comments but yesterday I had the most horrible experience ever I clearly asked the guy not to give spicy chicken as kids won’t eat it if you only do spicy chicken then say that so can Oder something else but that wasn’t the only problem they sold me old reheated chicken chicken fit for only one thing the bin honestly don’t know how people get away with such disgusting behaviour just care about taking money today me and everybody who tried to eat this horrible chicken have bad stomachs I will be reporting to food and hygiene as I’ve kept some to send to them to show what’s going on there. My question to the two mango who served me would you eat this or give to your family’s no I don’t think so even my dog looked at it and walked off”

“Used to be brilliant one of the best. Now its one of the worst. Cold food, lighter portions, and VERY high in price. Spent £40 and me and another was still hungry after. Massive shame because this place used to be fantastic. Don’t waste your money. Have bread and butter instead, it’s far tastier and more filling than this, AVOID”

“Got two portions of nuggets and a chicken wrap. £20.00. Absolutely scandalous. Customer service non existent. Rude staff. Obviously making too much money. Think they would spend some of that money sorting their shop out. Looks disgusting. Won’t be returning!”

“Worse place ever in Keighley. Customer service is rude. Ordered my food over the phone, man said 30 mins over the phone. Came to collect and the staff said there was no order placed - all a lie. The other staff member then said they sold our order as should've collected within 10 mins. Their own staff said collect in half an hour. So rude and no basic customer service skills.”

“I ordered a pizza meal and a fillet burger, and this was easily one of the worst takeaway experiences I’ve had in Keighley. The pizza was undercooked, bland, and clearly rushed straight out of the oven without any care. The chips were an absolute joke — instead of the usual thin-cut fries they’re supposed to serve, I was given stale, skin-on chips that tasted like they’d been sitting in old oil for far too long. Service was just as bad. The staff member didn’t bother with even the most basic greeting or customer service. As for the burger, it was stale, paper-thin, and tasted old. There was nothing fresh or appealing about it. Overall, the food was horrible, the service was poor, and I won’t ever order from here again. Avoid this place.”

“The staff’s rudeness and lack of customer service skills are significant drawbacks. Despite the generally decent quality of the food, the overall experience is marred by these issues.”

“The burgers and I repeat only the burgers and just MAYBE the chips on a good day are only nice if you COLLECT. OTHERWISE forget it! You have to actually tell them to cook you a new batch of chips as the ones already made are like eating rocks! I remember when this place used to be good food good prices. Now its just *meh* food and inflated prices! £7 for a bloody tiny burger meal is horrendous! Also the customer service is diabolical. Especially the baldy baldy fella, rude! Funnily enough seen other reviews saying the same thing!”

“Will not recommend. This is the last and final time. Simple request DO NOT PUT ON SPICY SALT ON FRIES. Guess what they did it. A senior staff said it aswell yet this guy has managed to do it. Called 3 times no answer. Not going back ever. Enough takeaway in keighley brothers.”
