Quick info
About Milano Caffe
Milano Caffe is a coffee shop in Huntingdon, at 4 Chequers Ct, where breakfast can be ordered two ways: from set menus, or built from individual items. The Full Monty fry up covers the cooked breakfast for anyone who wants it all on one plate. Beyond breakfast, the menu lists cakes and pastries alongside cannoli and lasagna, which is not what most coffee shops put on the board. Orders are paid for at the counter. The shop is closed on Tuesdays and open the other six days of the week.

Customer Review Summary
The complaints are sharper but fewer. One reviewer says the owner brought a coke in a half spilled can with the rest in a whiskey glass, then told them to finish their leftover burnt toast and bacon and to order smaller portions. Another says service turned cold once the order was placed and that the food was poor. Against that, one diner says staff checked during and after the meal that all was good.

“The worst place I have ever been to in my life. Ordered a breakfast with a coke, owner brought half of it over in a half spilled coke can, rest of the coke in a whiskey glass, didn't say a word. After we had done eating I left a piece of burnt toast and a bit of bacon as I was full. Owner straight up told me to finish my food, I'm actually absolutely flabbergasted. Then told me to order smaller portions before giving my mate who I was with a dirty look and wandering off. You aren't asked if you are done, and you don't ask for the bill you have to go up to the counter to pay. If he's like this to customers God knows what he's like to his staff. Despicable owner. Absolutely insane, worst joke of a place I have ever been to. Would recommend a tesco meal deal over this any day.”

“Could of made the food better with my eyes closed. Customer service was ok until we were finished. It seems like all they care about is getting customers in then as soon as you order all common courtesy goes flying out the window. Will not be returning. 👎”
