  “Even though the sweetcorn wasn’t available with my order, the way the staff handled the situation turned it into a really positive experience. I’m a regular customer, and I’ve been to many different restaurants, so I know that situations like this can happen anywhere. What really matters is how the staff deal with them, and the team here is by far the best I’ve experienced. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about customer satisfaction. Thank you for the excellent service. I’ll definitely keep coming back!”

  “Its been third time in a row now if I arrive at 22:30 they say there is nothing they can prepare now as everything takes 20 mins to prepare and they are closing soon. If the time is 23:00 they should be serving atleast until 22:50 fairly. This is extremely disappointing.”

  “Although there was no one in the restaurant, all the tables were dirty and full of leftovers. I asked a staff member (he didn't have a badge, I don't know his name) for disinfectant to wipe a table, he said he wasn't allowed to give it to me but he didn't even come to wipe a table. My friend got a zinger without salad and mayonnaise (see picture). I went to ask, we were told that they ran out of salad and mayonnaise and the manager told them to serve the customers this way. My buddy received the money back, and waited for me to eat, so that we can go to another place where he can buy food. My portion of spicy wings was cold, the portion of potatoes was very small and there was no seasoning. There were no more napkins, no one came to refill them even though I have them announced. I n my life I don't have had a worse experience at a KFC. I think they wanted to see how much they could make fun of the customers. Unbelievable! Such places should be closed by the authorities.”
