  “Terminal 5 arrivals. Surly till staff member, rude towards not just myself, but many in the queue. Aggressive and unpleasant. Staff making the drinks equally uninterested. A stream of wrong drinks and a growing queue of customers waiting for their order. A very pleasant manager, either unaware or unable to cope. Needs sorting out.”

  “I was served by Nelsey and serena a couple of weeks ago, in the early hours of Saturday 3rd October in Pret a Manger, terminal 5 Heathrow and I've never met two lovelier people!! The service was thorough, speedy and so very warm and friendly. We got the toasted marshmallow hot chocolate and even at the crack of dawn they were kind and welcoming and went above and beyond, smiling and wishing us a good day. It had been a very difficult journey and they made us feel reassured and so looked after, making an early and stressful start much more comfortable!! Thank you so much Nelsey and Serena, you are an asset to the company and it was lovely to meet you both, your kindness is remarkable 🥰🫶🏻”

  “I wanted an iced hot chocolate but i wanted it with a shot of espresso, they said its the same as iced mocha and i said that i know but i wanted it to be more chocolatey, thats how i like it, so they placed the order. After i got my drink i asked them if it had espresso in it, they started acting so shocked, and said theres no espresso in the order~ how is that my fault?~ anyway, i said that i did order it, and one person with some attitude tone says “ that’s a mocha!” And i said, no its not, and i wanted it blah blah way, then Florance ( i think thats her name) got very annoyed and came to the till and said then she needs to refund the drink because she needs to charge me extra, and then after 3-4 minutes at the till she still couldn’t figure out what to do, then proceeds to add an espresso to my drink anyway, a glass whhich was full to the brim clearly, but she could not see it, so obviously the drink spilled everywhere, so she just threw the whole drink away, the perfect drink that i wanted, and then after some more attitude and more annoyance, asked another person to remake my drink, and says it to her, as if i am deaf or stupid, to make an iced mocha, to which i had to interrupt and say that i need it to be more chocolatey because that is literally what i ordered in the first place, and then they started lecturing me again how its a mocha, or a strong mocha, other wise they would charge me extra , and other stuff, and eventually, made me a very mediocre mocha. Well thank you pret team for your wonderful insight on my preference of coffee, and thank you Florance for your kind and welcoming hospitality. ( complete sarcasm btw) Absolutely horrible experience.”

  “Pret is always known for their delicious and calorie counted food. Their staff are very polite and helpful when u ask for suggestions. I encountered a wonderful lady today whose name was Bimala. She was very patient with my order as I took few seconds to decide what I wanted. She welcomed all the passengers with a smile and yes she definitely made my day.”
