Customer Review Summary
The big all day breakfast draws the most mentions, called huge, with two kinds of sausage noted and one reviewer warning it leaves no room for the rest of the day. Close behind are a toasted baguette with bacon, brie and tomato relish alongside nettle dressing, and a coronation chicken sandwich called huge and very good. A cream tea is described as fresh and sweet, and the farm shop's scotch eggs and sausage rolls earn a mention. Many are travellers stopping on the way to Devon who describe friendly, fast service and good coffee. The one detailed complaint involves an order gone wrong: a mocha instead of a matcha, chai and vanilla syrup swapped, the remade matcha wrong again, and fried egg instead of scrambled, with staff growing colder each time. One dog owner was handed a bowl of cold water for her dog before ordering.

“Fabulous food, only order the big breakfast if you don't want to eat for the rest of the day. It's a must stop on the way down to Devon or Cornwall and place an order to collect from the farm shop on the way home. P.s. the nettle salad dressing is amazing and is perfect to go with the side salad that comes with the bacon, brie and tomato relish toasted baguette. The farm shop sells the largest scotch eggs and sausage rolls that are bursting with filling! Staff are very friendly and helpful. If there is one negative thing to say it would be that the tables feel very sticky, they're not dirty, it's the cleaning spray they use to clean the tables that causes it.”

“The best cafe so far to date. The girl that served me done everything right, the food was quality, 2 different quality sausages and pretty good coffee too. If I lived closer I’d be a regular. Yeah top marks really. Only thing I would suggest is not mixing the brown and white sugar lumps but still top marks. Glad I stopped by, the big all day breakfast sign drew me in. Next time I’m in the area I will visit again. Thanks guys”

“Ate here twice, with a different team both times and both times it was perfect. The people are lovely and helpful, food very tasty and a greay ambience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.”

“We stopped here on the way to Devon, as we were looking for somewhere for lunch. We were very surprised when entering how big the place was and the amount of seating they had, along with the choice of food items on the menu. The food was enjoyable and well presented, I would visit again and have added it to my list of places to eat.”
