  “Andrea is an absolute credit to PizzaExpress. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were outstanding, and she clearly leads her team by example. The restaurant was spotless, the service was exceptional, and the food was fantastic. It’s rare to come across a manager who cares so much about both the customers and her team. Andrea is a real asset to the company, and thanks to her, we’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommended!”

  “Popped in to Pizza Express on Thursday evening with my two young grandchildren aged 3 and 5. We only wanted a takeaway. The lady who served was so lovely, took our order and made us feel welcome and at ease whilst we waited for our order. So sorry I didnt get her name but she's a credit to you. This was between 7/7.30 Thursday evening.”

  “Seated straight away from a polite lady. Ordered margarita pizza and smokey bbq pizza. The margarita was tiny and not worth the money compared to the bbq pizza. Not once was we asked if everything was ok with the food. Forgot our table water. Glasses was very stained and hadn't been cleaned properly. Overall disappointed in food.”

  “Ordered a pizza via uber eats. Upon arrival, was cold and soggy, although my driver was prompt on getting it to me. The cheese on top was like it had disintegrated into the base or wasn’t melted enough - either way it doesn’t even look edible. I took one bite of it and was disgusting. £20 for this is daylight robbery.”

  “We are a Learning Disability Charity that visited the restaurant both on the Friday and on the Saturday. On the Friday we did a Pizza Making party that was brilliantly led by Chloe who we felt was fantastic. On the Saturday we came for Lunch and manager Chloe, served us herself and was so kind and fun with us. She certainly displayed great empathetic, positive and motivational skills with our service users. The food was lovely too. We all want to come back again soon !”

  “Fabulous options, reasonably priced in my opinion. We came for a late lunch at around 3:45pm and it was not busy. The atmosphere was cosy, there was good music and we were warm.”

  “Arrived without booking, excellent service from a northern lass. We had a set menu, lovely food 1 pizza was missing olives and our waitress sorted out a pot of olives within seconds. We also requested extra basil leaves which came in seconds.Great atmosphere and decor.”
