“Came across this place on hartlepool eats which offered vegan options!! Have never ordered here before we were intrigued and gave it ago and omg what an absolute treat!! The hot chilli tofu was so so tasty, the udon noodles 10/10 and omg course the salt and pepper chips were great too! Super crispy and all so tasty, even the left overs the day after were amazing!! Me and my partner struggle to have take aways being vegan and finding this Chinese was an absolute gem and we will be back for sure!!! Such tasty food and the lad who gave my food was very friendly. Thank you :) (forgot to take pictures until after me start eating)”

“we ordered our dinner at 7pm with estimated delivery time of 7:45pm but it didn't arrive until 8:45pm - an hour late. they did not even attempt to ring us to let us know of the delay. we rang them to ask where our dinner was and the man on the phone pretended that he did not understand what we were saying. we explained that we were waiting for an hour for the food and he said "whats the problem? we're very busy" when the food eventually arrived the food was cold and needed to reheated in the microwave. the food is very nice but the customer service is abysmal and the waiting time is unacceptable. will not be returning”
