  “Was excited to eat here but the food was the worst I’ve ever had. Burger was flavourless, the chips were barely cooked and tasted like it was sitting about for 3 hours. Kebab was stale and dry. Waste of money”

  “Ok first of all - bravo Craft Burger. These guys are pros. Ordered smash burger with turkey bacon, fries and cake. Timer on tracker says "your order will be with you in 45 minutes" instead - just about 25 minutes after i placed the order i get a ring "Your delivery from Craft Burger is here"... fast and eficient. Burgers are great! These guys definetly knows what they doing. Enjoyed both times. Well done!”

  “All style no substance! Food looks great but the taste is average. This is one of the more expensive takeaways in the town, unfortunately the burgers and fries are very bland. The only saving grace is the stir fried kebab meat. Tried this a few times now and it's just disappointing. Please season your burgers and will be much improved.”

  “Just been for late night food about half an hour before closing. Staff were friendly, the lady was singing (katy perry one who got away, which she was very good at my I add), nice and clean and the food was very nice very filling. Will definitely recommend and come back again even if it’s almost 2 hour drive😍”

  “Absolutely insane experience ordering on JustEat. Wish I had food to review. Ordered at 17:45. Burger, chips, a bit of kebab meat and a milkshake. Estimate was 1hr which is long as it is but I'm not busy and fine waiting. 1hr15 later and justeat marks the order as delivered. Called up the store, checked if the order was there and the lady said it was on the way. Nearly 45 mins later and nothing, no longer fussed about the food, just called to see if it was on the way, if not leave it. Was passed onto the manager who instead said that they had tried delivering multiple times and noone was in, Ring doorbell was empty and I've been sat next to the open window the whole time. Proceeded to say they had pictures of the door and now the manager even attempted the delivery. I continued to say that I am next to the door and the doorbell shows an empty pathway. Ended the call on a "You can pick up your food if you want" I ordered food because I didn't want to do that! 2 hours and no-one even bothers to call my phone number. Instead just gaslighting about being at the door right next to me. I don't bother leaving bad reviews for food places because stuff happens every now and then, but I had to on this occasion and it looks like I'm not the only one”

  “Big boss meal New York burger 5/10 Chips and cheese 2/10 Donar meat 6/10 Yet to try the drink Delivery time was good, food still came warm. My expectations were much higher considering the name of the place, it’s likely why I’ve marked it harshly. Unlikely to revisit”

  “Thought we would try a takeaway from craft burger as the reviews are so good and it seems popular. The delivery was rather slow which was disappointing. We ordered the remix burger, mozzarella sticks, and the double cheese classic burger both of which were made into a meal. As photos show, only 3 small sachets were included for mayonnaise (which is poor). 4 mozzarella sticks for £3.90 is expensive! The meals altogether cost £30.70 and in all honesty the meals weren't worth the price paid at all. The fries were cold. The meals were average at bes. The remix burger hardly included any donner (see photographs). We weren't happy and we won't order from here again. It's close to where we live so the delivery charge is exceptionally high. Maybe eating in this place will be a better experience, but I wouldn't order a takeaway from these again, as pretty as their packaging is.”

  “Zoe is class. Thank you for fantastic 5 ⭐ service. Brilliant and very personable server tonight. Makes me want to come back. Also, food was nice. Had an amazing Honey BBQ Chicken burger. Whilst it wasn't cheap, it was one of the best I've had and I think it was decent value overall. The chips were ok, an adequate accompaniment and the ICE drink (cheaper Cola alternative) was fine. Service was friendly and helpful. Would certainly return. Only downside for me was the dip we chose, which was allegedly 'House Chilly' tasted in no way of chilli and was actually quite minty. Not very pleasant and somewhat disappointing as I love a chilly dip. Not a deal breaker but I wouldn't be getting that ever again.”

  “Went down for the opening night of the new location and was just as impressed as I have been with other locations. My husband is gluten intolerant and the staff made sure there was something he could have. He said it was the best thing he has had in a long time. I got the loaded tater tots and could have eaten them multiple times over. Crispy and fluffy and tasty. The cheese sauce is a great addition (my husband was just about licking the pot clean) A definite must visit!”
