  “Had a great experience here! The food was great. Tried the Wagyu selection for the first time and it was definitely worth the £10 supplement. What makes an experience good in any department, whether it being hospitality, food and beverage or any thing else is the service and Nicole was very polite. Her warm, bubbly personality and kindness was definitely noted by everyone in the group who was present for our dinner. She really looked after all of us.”

  “The new young lady was great. She severed Myself,friend and family with enthusiasm and courtesy. Her manager was also very patient and took the time to explain she was new and learning the ropes. The manager herself was extremely pleasant and welcoming. Even my 6 year old daughter was impressed. I would have no hesitation in recommending the establishment as a good place to eat and drink.   “We had a wonderful meal last week as a family of 7. All starters and steaks were delicious and the cocktails were lovely! The service we received from a lovely lady called Monica was excellent. She was friendly, attentive and very professional. My parents are both in their 80s and in love with her. They wish all staff were exactly like her!   “Normally one of my favourite restaurants but the service was unbelievably bad. We were starving and wanted to order food but the waitress came to us and said "no drinks only" it then took her soooo long to come back again. Service was so slow! And the food looked like it had been sitting out for ages. I've never had dry peas at miller and carter and the state of the onion loaf and mash. So so disappointed.”
