  “We went to KFC today and, to start with, we didn’t even receive a receipt, which is really bad. The service was very poor. There were foreign staff who didn’t seem to understand our order properly, and some of our food was missing. Because the food was missing, it ended up costing us more money as we had to pay again for the missing items. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. We also noticed that there are lots of other reviews mentioning similar situations, so this seems to be an ongoing problem. They really need to fix these issues and improve the service before it gets even worse, or else the restaurant could end up shutting down. We won’t be coming back to this KFC anymore.”

  “Why is the chicken so small? And I mean it was miniature. What's changed in KFC? Also this food wasn't fresh you could taste how long they'd been sitting out for. Id like a normal reply to this and not some AI response.”

  “We ordered a delivery and, at first, were pleasantly surprised when it was ready within just a 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, it quickly became obvious why. The food was clearly not freshly prepared. It arrived cold, tasted old, and seemed as though it had been sitting for a considerable amount of time before being served. I appreciate that it is a busy period with the World Cup, but customers are still paying full price and should expect food that is freshly prepared and served to an acceptable standard. The chips were cold, dry and unappetising. The wings had a strange texture and tasted as though they had been sitting for hours. The burgers were badly squashed, with the fillings and meat compressed to the point that they looked as though they had been thrown together with very little care and shared with other burgers. To make matters worse, my daughter has since developed stomach pain after eating the meal, which is extremely concerning. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The quality of the food was far below what should be expected, and I would not recommend this restaurant based on our experience. I should add I used to work in KFC years ago so I know the food extremly well.”

  “Giving 1 star as don’t have 0 . I ordered food through uber eates today received disgusting 2 bags of soggy fries and bucket chicken cold and seemed was for disposal. The bill stated 2 fries cost 0000 . Seemed like my order was replaced with a bag of trash. Outright outrageous cannot believe this…not ordering ever online”

  “Sorry to say today was a bit of a mess up My husband's got gravy instead of beans, cherry coke instead of Pepsi max. I ordered a £5 Lunch box. Got no chicken strip.. Not great today 😕 The Last few visits have been very successful. Chicken fresh, chips without seasoning. Pot of the KFC mayo. Hubby's boneless banquet spot on. Well done KFC Harlow 🍗”

  “BONE DRY pickles, bun, chicken. Fries and wings cold. Not a first time, worst KFC in Harlow. Avoid!!”

  ““Boneless chicken and drumsticks were so succulent and juicy. The service and phone communication were great — very helpful with allergy and dietary requirements. Best KFC in Surrey in my opinion.””

  “I may sound picky but I'm pretty sure there's supposed to be more salad in my rice bowl. The customer service was okay but everyone seems to be in a rush and EVERYTIME they always forget something off my order!!!”

  “Exceptional service from the team! Found a treasure trove in my bargain bucket with a fantastic selection of pieces. The restaurant and seating area exuded a serene ambiance with spotless cleanliness. Though parking space was free, it was limited in front of the store. Overall, a delightful experience!”
