  “Very good for value , very pleasant service , lovely 15% off collections and walk ins , which are always ready within 15-20 minutes , one of the best food in the area and with everything cooked freshly infront of you there’s no doubt this place is taking over Holton Le clay , looking forward to seeing them soon x”

  “Just had a pizza arrive,was stone cold.kebab was alot smaller than I had last time despite ordering large again.phoned up to be told they only do one size! Hadn't tasted my pizza before I rang or I would have told them but couldn't be bothered to ring back and wait another hour and 10 for a new one! NEW REVIEW FOR 19TH APRIL 25. usually very nice, tonight's was shocking.the doner meat was so dry, chips ok but hardly any as my tray was flat, wheres the usual deep trays for a large? Overpriced , terribly presented definitely lost our custom now.!! Seems as its Easter they throw any old crap in as they are busy!!”

  “Recently ordered Doner Pizza & Cheese Burger (x2). The Pizza is exceptional, everything is well timed, not overcooked, just right. The Burger have what you would expect from a Grill. Good sear marks, charcoal flavour and decent salad. Not many take-aways deliver into the Wolds but I think this one is going to dominate the trade for surrounding villages. I'd say its better than Waltham Kebab House. The delivery fee at £6.50 is a steal for deliveries into the Wolds. Have to make sure I have cash on me next time to tip the driver. I would encourage CGH to get a couple of menus put up in local village bus Shelters. Thank you Charcoal Grill House for a great take-away. This is now my favourite Kebab./Pizza Shop :D Thanks guys.   “Order#624730048 I have been ordering from here very often any time am here at Grimsby , the food has always been nice and hot, am a regular customer, I used to order more than one meal , as first time when I tried the food I enjoyed so I have decided to keep them as a spot of anytime I want takeaway. Today I only order chicken wings as I was craving for some nothing else , for some reason the chicken was having a funny taste, not hot, and was too soft not crispy at all , completely opposite from the usual time when I have it, I have a bite and throw the rest into the bin. I kindly rang the restaurant to ask what happened as I used to eat it from them, the guy who I spoke with he was a bit rude not polite to try to understand my concerns. - If a customer order something big or little doesn’t give you the right to say : “ ( I normally don’t delivery out food for £10, am not going to send out free food again, I have been selling this wings for long time and nobody ever had complained about it ) like how? What are you trying to say? - I didn’t called for you to send me back another wings, I’ve called to ask what happened as a regular customer and always been enjoying the food , I was just trying to understand what went wrong this time. Am sorry but I feel like the way the guy spoke wasn’t professional at all in trying to understand from the customer the reasons, I don’t think I will order anymore from here as was even judgmental as like I spent only £10 so I shouldn’t complain if the food was tasteless?! Very bad.”
