Customer Review Summary
Regulars describe food that arrives fast and hot, with crispy chilli beef singled out as worth the distance and the ribs called good. One reviewer calls the food not greasy, staff are described as friendly and polite and happy to chat, and phone orders are checked thoroughly. Opinions split sharply, though. One diner found the chicken teriyaki bland and the menu samey, with no char siu. Another reported uncooked satay chicken and duck pancakes full of fat, and felt their call about it was dismissed. Several complaints concern delivery, where reviewers say the amount asked at the door was higher than the price quoted on the phone, which they read as a tip being added. One reviewer cites a zero Food Standards Agency rating as the reason for staying away. A Christmas Eve order arrived after a very long wait with a dish missing and a curry wrong, and the caller who wanted a refund was offered only a credit note.

“Ordered food for delivery worked out the cost from menu plus delivery fee price confirmed on telephone when I asked the price £26.80 delivery girl came and told me price was to be £27.40 I corrected her handed her the £30 told her the change was her tip. This is the first time I've ordered from here in a year as prior to this I after again having price quoted on phone was strangely called by a different woman who told me the delivery would be 15 minutes and the price was to be £5.50 more!!! Prior to that I had a male delivery driver aggressively demand £3.90 more on the door step. It's shocking that certain staff are dishonest enough to feel they can add a tip of their choosing to any meal ordered. tips are complimentary not obligatory and some individuals may not be able to afford these demanded unexpected increases no matter how small it adds up. It puts individuals in a difficult and unnecessary situation. Well on principal I will not be ordering from here again the food is good but unfortunately though I always tip the choice of doing so should mine as should the amount I can afford.”
