About Costco Food Court
Costco Food Court is a food court at 325 W Thurrock Way in Grays, where the hot dog comes with unlimited refillable soda and orders go through self-service screens. Pizza is sold by the slice or as a whole pizza, and the Margherita Pizza is on the menu. A baked potato is another option. Ice cream and a mango smoothie cover the sweeter side. The menu is limited and simple, so the range stays short. A small seating area with several tables sits alongside the ordering screens.

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often return for the hot dog with unlimited refillable soda, called insane value and quick, cheap and tasty. Close behind are the huge pizza slices, with the Margherita singled out, and the baked potato. The ice cream and mango smoothie also earn mentions for tasting nice at a fraction of what they cost elsewhere. The order screens are credited with speeding up service and shortening queues once described as horrendous, though waits remain when it is busy. The menu is limited, especially for vegetarians, which one reviewer defends as the trade-off for consistent quality and low cost. Seating is the most repeated complaint: the small area has high turnover and tables are hard to find at busy times. The pizza is called very oily, greasy or too salty. One reviewer found the chicken and bacon bake raw on each of three purchases and saw a single staff member working the counter, while another found no ice cream and only water from the drinks machine.

“The price are almost same, the packaging are big 😔, some items like protein shakes are slightly cheaper, overall is ok if you like to buy in large scale , for small house owners not worth the visit”

“Great food court. Fantastic value for money. The selection is limited especially for vegetarians. However, the Margherita Pizza is amazing. Sold by the slice or a whole pizza which is like £10 for a takeaway 15". Drinks machine with refillable options. Service was super quick. Be warned can be hard to find a table when super busy. Recommend at the end of a Costco trip.”

“For what you're paying, it's good food and excellent value. Unlimited refills on drinks is basically unheard of these days, too. I almost always go for the Hot Dog, but the Baked Potato and Pizza is good too. Since they added the order screens, service has gotten much more efficient and you're rarely waiting longer than 5 minutes, unless it's insanely busy (so you'd expect a longer wait). People are leaving low star reviews and complaining about the lack of choice as if it's some 5-star restaurant that's meant to have an elaborate menu. It's supposed to be a limited menu so they can be much more efficient and provide consistent quality, at a lower price. Pop over to TGIs across the road and pay 10x the price for the same thing if you're that bothered by it.”
