Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often praise the fast, friendly service, with several noting food that arrived quickly and piping hot. The Full English leads the dishes named, with Bangers and Mash and the number 2 with chips close behind, and one reviewer singles out the chips as good. The coffee is called excellent and decent by different diners, and a few describe it as top notch. Prices come up repeatedly as cheap, reasonable, or great value for the portion, and the varied menu earns a mention. Staff are described as warm, helpful, and friendly, and one reviewer says the owner came over to ask how the meal was. The cafe is described as full of locals, with one reviewer liking the sofa and table layout and another calling it spotlessly clean. The one caveat is crowding: a reviewer waited for a table with more than 40 people inside, and another notes it can get busy on weekends. Several call it their favourite cafe in Gravesend, and one describes a family that returns often and is always greeted with a smile.
