  “me and my partner ordered food twice and both times they told us the forgot about our food so they had to make it then we were still waiting 1 hour for them to make it overwll waited 3 hours for the food when i live 20 mins away”

  “Yet another local takeaway that will at first accept your order for 45 min delivery then cancel it 30 mins into the wait.... guess they couldn't be bothered with there last order. .. : edit , one year later tried again, to chase up the order 1 hour later to find that they forgot about it. Useless!”

  “Absolutely shocking. We’ve been ordering from La Bodrum for 6+ years and never ever had issues. This evening we placed an order at 18:20 and after 1 hour 40 minutes no food. I phoned up and they apologised saying they’re extremely busy. Not a problem, it’s Saturday evening but at least give us an update via food hub (we did have a notification saying it’s on its way and still nothing after waiting over an hour) I phoned up the shop to ask for an update and was told 20 mins. 20 mins passed and still no food. Phoned up again and was told it would be 20 mins. 25 minutes passed and it turned up. It wasn’t anything worth waiting for especially 2hours!! We will be trying out the other takeaways down the high street. Time is up bodrum!”
