  “I went here to remove my acrylics, but the service was extremely disappointing. They left my nails rough, patchy, and clearly unfinished (photos) yet told me it was “done.” When I asked them to do it properly, the staff member just said “oh my gosh” to my face instead of fixing it. Very unprofessional and only one person seemed to understand English, which made communication difficult. Definitely not worth it if you expect proper nail care or respectful service.”

  “‼️PLEASE SHARE AVOID U Nail Maryhill Rd ‼️ I DONT USUALLY SLATE BUSINESSES PUBLICLY BUT THIS TODAY WAS DISGRACEFUL THESE WERE DONE ON THURSDAY!, HAD TO GO BACK ON SATURDAY AS NO CUTICLE WORK HAD BEEN DONE🙈. ❗️(I WAS TOLD I HAD TO ASK FOR THAT SEPARATELY🤯 - NEVER HEARD OF THAT BEFORE IN MY LIFE & I HAVE BEEN GETTING MY OVERLAY DONE FOR YEARS NOW)❗️... SATURDAY NIGHT THE NAILS ALL STARTED TO PEEL, I SENT A MESSAGE TO WHICH NO RESPONSE🙄 WENT IN TODAY FOR A REFUND AND WAS TOLD - AND I QUOTE "THATS WHAT HAPPENS WITH GEL" THESE ARE ACRYLIC🫠🤯 ALSO TOLD - SHE "DIDNT SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH THEM"🤯🤯😳 SHE THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL ME TO SIT AND WAIT WHILE SHE SEES THE NEXT PERSON 🤔 ... I TOLD HER 3 TIMES I WANTED A REFUND AND NOT MY NAILS FIXED AS I WAS GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE AND STILL SHE TOLD ME TO WAIT!! AFTER A 20 MINUTE WAIT I FINALLY GOT A REFUND ONLY BECAUSE I SAID I WASNT WAITING ANY LONGER - AND HER RESPONSE WAS "PLEASE DONT COME BACK" SHOCKING TREATMENT OF A CUSTOMER WITH AN ISSUE. NO APOLOGISE, NO ANYTHING AND TOLD IM BASICALLY BARRED FOR THEIR BAD WORK DISGUSTING BIG THANKS TO SINGH IN USA NAILS🇺🇸 IN POSSIL FOR MY STUNNINNG NEW SET ❗️LAST PIC IS THE NEW SET❗️ GO THERE PEOPLE STAY CLEAR OF U NAIL 🚫”

  “Called up at 12:44 to ask if they where busy I was told no not busy, told them I was on my way to the salon that was okay. Got there for there to be one person doing nails she told me another staff member would be with me waiting like 5 minutes for her to ask what I wanted told her and she said she couldn’t do that but someone els can so I asked how long that would be and she phone the other staff member to then tell me I wouldn’t be taken till half 4 so waiting in the salon for nothing made my way there for nothing. Wouldn’t recommend poor customer service if you ask me!”
