“I didn't use the self service pods and received really great service at the counter till. Smiley, friendly, efficient and engaging. 1/4 Cheese was hot, fresh and tasty. Fries could have been a bit hotter. Dining area clean and organised. Happy days!”

“Teens shaking the order machines. Ordered two double cheeseburgers and a portion of 9 mcnuggets. Got given one cheeseburger and 8 nuggets and charged for what I originally ordered. Don't even live in gala so I couldn't go back and get the food I wasn't given.”

“Always fresh and clean. Most importantly there's an absolute star called Ruth who works there who is a credit to the place and treated our daughter (her birthday) like a VIP the whole time and couldn't have helped everyone in a more friendly and efficient way.”

“Just visited this McDonalds today and absolutely disgusted. A poor child has become ill and vomited over the table, on the floors to the toilet, the toilet doors and the toilet themselves. It was the response of the staff and the time they took to clear the mess that shocked us. The family exited fairly quickly but the table was left covered in vomit for at least ten minutes while people were trying to eat. The look on their faces said it all. We were put completely off eating. I had to go and remind the staff to clean it up. Don't think we will ever be back!”

“Beyond useless...they have clearly closed it to hire new dopey staff...with a horrendously rude and obnoxious manager. Went back to get a refund or new food as the food was half there or cold and wet. We were told we didnt bring the slop we were given back to the restaraunt to prove the point. We were denied the full order again. £41 spent for cold cardboard and a family let down by the neglect of ignorant staff. Oh and my mayo chicken that i ordered and didnt receive alsi had no chicken in it, thanks Mcdonalds for my mayo burger!”
