“Ordered on just eat, received a call asking me to cancel my order as food was ready with no courier, the food eventually came 45 min past the expected arrival stone cold. The restaurant should have cancelled at there end instead the food arrived very late and I have not been refunded, I will be contacting consumer standards this is well below my expectations of KFC.”

“Absolutely awful service tonight. We waited over an hour for our Deliveroo order, only to be told that Deliveroo had contacted the restaurant and they had never even received our order. Every time we order from this KFC, there seems to be a problem. The food is either delivered late, arrives stone cold, or the chicken is dry and poor quality. We have even complained to KFC previously after collecting food from the restaurant ourselves, only to find it was cold. Tonight was yet another disappointing experience. This store really needs to improve its service and food quality, as the standards are completely unacceptable.”

“Spider in my chips, dead spider squashed into fries!!!!”

“Great helpful service. But.....cold and dry chicken - it must have been sitting around a while as after my order was packed a whole new batch arrived. Chips flabby and also cold - I put those in my oven to reheat. Annoying, as a takeaway these days is a treat and for what it cost I could have bought 3 extra large chickens in the supermarket! Will not be going back.”
