  “Ordered online and I was told some items were not available understandably. I was called after 40 minutes of waiting to be told this and that I needed to cancel my order but I was unsure how to and I was not directed by the person on the phone. I called again to ask if the item could be removed from my order and I could receive the rest, I was given an absurd response that I needed to cancel my order completely through just eat. I have worked in fast food and in a close relationship with just eat and I know that this is not how the system and procedures work. Very disappointed.”

  “Had worst experience. Ordered chicken supreme, pizza not well cooked. The sauce was overpowering. It felt like little care went into the preparation, and it really brought down the overall quality of the pizza. This was far from enjoyable, and I wouldn’t order from here again.”
