  “I feel obliged to share my experience today at KFC services in Exeter. I am a long distance, lorry driver that started work early. This morning and was very much looking forward to enjoying a good meal at KFC on my break on the way back to the depot. Unfortunately, it was the worst experience Of eating KFC in my entire life, I have been a regular enjoyer of KFC for over 3 decades. In fact, a close friend of mine had recommended i try some items that I had not tried before. He had shown me photographs from having at a different k f c yesterday, and he explained how the chicken was, how I normally experienced it flavourful and juicy and not too dry. And the items he mentioned included sauce, such as the superscharge Spicy sauce. To shock and disappointment, I found it was dry. The chicken I had in all of the items I ordered was very dry aswell. There was no sauce or cheese in the flaming wrap. That's what i ordered, which is very strange. Because the same item at a different k f c in ross on y has the sauce in it and has chicken that is hot and juicy and wonderful. I don't know why Exeter services at KFC don't uphold the standards that was the way of colonel Sanders. If Colonel Sanders was aware of what they are Serving up there in his name i can only imagine. He would be rolling around in his grave. There are cheap copy operators that try to operate like kfc and they are usually disappointing when I try them, sadly, this operation at k f c exeter services is not even as good as the cheap copy places. What I experienced today was the worst k f c I have had in my entire life For the last thirty years, I have been enjoying kfc. I am very disappointed at my experience today. And the very low quality of food that did not even have the writing contents in the wrap that I ordered. The only item that was nice was the cherry Pepsi that got rid of the horrible dry taste from the chicken.”

  “Really disappointed with the Rice Bowl at the Moto Exeter KFC branch. It had very little rice and was mostly spinach/greens, which made it feel nothing like what was advertised. If you’re branding and selling it as a ‘rice bowl’, the rice should be the main component — not a handful of salad leaves. The balance of ingredients was completely off and it felt poor value for money”

  “Waited 30 minutes and they had had no tango left. Staff continued to get orders wrong as I was waiting with one person returning 3 times as no aspect of his meal was correct. Ordered boneless chicken and received all parts of the chick body including-rib cage, scrambled pieces of bone throughout and not one boneless bite. Chips were also cold and squashed. WILL NOT BE RETURNING P.S. go to the near by Burger King instead 10/10.”

  “Great service by the team. Was very busy, so appreciated the conditions in fast food at service stations on the motorway. My meal was excellent and was piping hot. The price wasn't to bad either. Toilets were clean and pletty of parking.”

  “On Nov 4, 2022, my wife, our younger daughter and I came here to buy a set to take away. When we opened the bag, we found that we were given a much cheaper set, but our daughter had already thrown away the receipt. Later, she had no problem to exchange for the full set that we actually ordered earlier - a happy resolution nonetheless!”
