  “Took way too much off. Really upset with the results, asked for a trim and she took off 4 inches. Didn’t ask me if I was happy with it. Didn’t show me the back with the mirror. Took about 10 minutes total, felt very rushed and that she just wanted to get it over with and go home, minimal consultation. Will NOT be returning, there’s a reason it’s so cheap”

  “DO NOT COME TO THIS HAIR SALON I recently had a very disappointing experience at the salon. I left feeling upset, angry annd extremely insecure about my haircut. The stylist made my hair uneven, and I honestly don't understand how it happened and i’m shocked she could do it so bad . The front framing pieces are significantly shorter than the rest of my hair, not blended at all and it looks like the first half was chopped differently from the second half. All I asked for was a trim and a slight frame around the face, as I was planning on growing my hair out. instead i got all my hair different lengths. i know she knew it was bad too when she tried covering it by blow drying it with a round brush so i couldn’t see it was complete different lengths when i only payed for rough dry and Now, I have to pay to go to another salon to get it fixed which will lead to it going even shorter (if they will even be able to fix this). i’ve never had such a bad haircut and definitely won't be returning.”

  “Very nice hair cut and very kind staff. I was pretty nervous about getting a haircut but found it completely fine. They didn't expect me to talk during the appointment unless to say what I wanted and cut it how I asked if not better”

  “Happy with the service I received today from Celly’s. When I entered the manager/owner immediately came over to ask what service I’d like. Even though both ladies were working other clients they fitted me in no problem immediately, and made me feel welcome. Happy with my trim and would return again for the same service. Lovely hair wash, trim and conversation. Can’t complain at £17! Thank you 😊”

  “My honest review. I went for the Wash & cut for £16, I received a dry cut with a spray bottle of water as the wash. No welcome from any of the staff. The man was very rude! You normally get your hair done to relax, not feel rushed! No split ends got cut, I showed the lady 3 times the style and she said yes yes yes…& just cut a few cm’s off, i showed her again & she started huffing and puffing as she had 2 other people to attend to. I really felt very uncomfortable & it did not look like I had my hair done. Went home and had to wash it. Very disappointed in the service, the lady was that busy did not even say goodbye or that she had finished, just went off. Seriously if you want a rubbish haircut this is the place. Better off spending money & receiving an actual hair cut. My hair feels so disgusting, i am waiting for a few weeks until I go to a professional hair salon. Avoid avoid avoid!”

  “Lovely staff; great haircut for the amazing price of £16!! Had to wait half an hour past my appointment due to being double booked with the same hairdresser. (I let the older lady go first), but, enjoyed watching the hairdressers doing their cutting & styling!”
