“Service was fabulous as always. Sammy was exceptional in her customer service skills. The only down side to the day was the food, hair found in a desert, chicken items tasted dry, tasteless and of cheap quality. Everyone's chips as sides were cold and cardboard like. Few other items tasted of a similar standard and overall we were very let down by the quality. Sammy was the saving grace for the day, her attitude, bubbly personality and exemplary attention to detail and aura with us and the young guests dinning with us made up for the lack of quality in food. I would have made an issue of this but didnt want to embarrass the family i was dining with. I feel sorry for our waitress Sammy because her exemplary service was lost because of the disgusting standard of food. We spent £249 for 9 of us to eat and I will never spend another penny in this place. Edit: this 20% discount the manager has said about didnt happen as I only made the issues aware when paying the bill so no reflection on the bill.”
